mexican wave

I'm a sucker for Mexican food. If I had my way, and didn't have to fit through doors, I'd probably eat it for every meal. Unfortunately, I like my jeans to buckle, so I have to either whip up a healthy version at home, or save it for a treat. People that know me know I'm partial to the odd trip to Barburrito, its my go-to place in Manchester if I need a quick meal, but if you're ever around the Arndale area and fancy Mexican, I'd really recommend Pancho's if you have a bit more time on your hands (but not much more, don't worry!) and fancy something that doesn't scream retail chain.

Tucked inside the Arndale food market alongside butchers and grocers (remember those?) there are actually two Pancho's within burrito-slinging distance of each other. Everything is freshly prepared and its got a much more personal touch than Barburrito, not to mention a more wallet-friendly price scheme that means you can have a beer and meal for under £6!

In short, its not cordon bleu, and there is no fine china, but if you're shopping and need to grab lunch, why not try something a bit different than a quick M&S wrap or a McDonalds?

Do you live in Manchester? If you do have you been to Pancho's? I'd love to know, and Mancunians, feel free to share your recommendations!

I'm from Macclesfield in Cheshire and I hit Manchester (which I love) when I'm in some serious need of retail therapy. But I have to admit, I always trundle over to McDonald's or KFC. I clearly need to get me some Pancho's. Not sure I should be craving Mexican food this early in the morning... Xxx

I wish I still lived up near Manchester coz I'd be all over Panchos like a rash!
I'm going to have to arrange a trip back up north so I can do some serious shopping and get me a Burrito, yummy!

I'm from California and loove mexican food. I missed it tons when I was living in England, and there's not much here in New Zealand either :( I'll have to live through you for now Gemma!

if you're in Manchester, definately take the time out for Lunch in The Font, it's super cheap and the food is lovely! There's two, one near Oxford Rd station and another one in Fallowfield :) xxxx

Unfortunately I never really did follow up much with my channel because I got bullied at college for it, but I wish i had, but I still always watched and read videos and blogs.
Because I've recently started freelancing, I've got back into blogging I know it won't really get read much but i wanted to spread the word because I found the best bargain ever, a dupe for mac strobe cream for £1.45!!! Please check out my review I think its worth a read :)
