Last week I visited the Pixi boutique in London to check out their new collection, Pixi Glow. It’s a collaboration with Disney and inspired by Tinkerbell. There’s something about this collection that ticks all the boxes, the cute, girly nature of Tink, the novelty of Disney and products that actually work. I have already written about a nail polish by Pop I picked up on the night (but that isn’t part of this collection) and I have the rest of the range to tell you about (including one product I have fallen head over heels for) but for now let’s look at the centrepiece of the collection, the palette. This contains eyeshadows, a beautiful multi-tonal blush and lip creams. What I love about this? The lip creams are a lovely consistency (normally I groan upon seeing them in a palette) and far enough away from the shadows to keep fallout at bay. The shadows are pretty and wearable, as is the blush, and this is perfect for travel as it is literally a whole look in a box. It retails for £32 which, for something of quality that covers all bases, ain’t too shabby. You can check out the Pixi site here.
