manchester fashion week
This week I attended the inaugural Manchester Fashion Week as a guest of Missguided. I sat front row with some other bloggers (above Left-Right Kavita, Victoria, Me and Rosie) for their fashion shows on Tuesday. The shows were styled by the lovely Sara who along with being a blogger actually works for Missguided as a stylist. The day started with meeting Victoria who I had been speaking to loads but had never actually met, it was her birthday so I may have slightly embarrassed her by whipping out a cupcake and matches and making people sing to her (sorry!) but that’s the law on birthdays!
Here are some of my snaps from the shows themselves (I attended the prints and nautical shows) although I’m still working on my photography skills when it comes to moving subjects it has to be said! I also took some video footage which will be up here this evening so keep an eye out for that. I saw so many beautiful pieces on the catwalks and the good news is that the majority of the items are already for sale on the website so if you see something you like in the photos you can get your hands on it now. Some of the dresses were just beautiful and the shoes were out of this world, I will definitely be stalking the site come payday! Thanks for a great day Missguided!
