Discoveries #1

Time to meet the lovely ladies that have featured in my sidebar this past month – I couldn’t be happier with my first bunch of advertisers, I’ve discovered some amazing new reads and I think you will too!

First up is this month’s Gold Sponsor,  Mallory, who has one of the best rooms I have ever seen. Seriously, she’s got a swinging bed! She has a really lovely YouTube channel that you can check out here and I’m so glad I found her videos. The production quality is really high and I love her taste and eye for detail. She’s also a nifty editor and keeps her videos to the point and interesting. Well worth a watch, you’ll be pestering your dad to make you a custom bed by the end of her room tour. Tweet her here!

Next up is Laurie Rose Belle who writes My Blue Rinse. This is such a delight of a blog with a mixture of fashion, beauty, recipes and diary/travel posts. Laurie has such a beautiful vintage-inspired style and such an eye for photographs, her blog is a pleasure to read and I loved her Carrot & Coriander soup recipe! Check out her site here and tweet her here!

Next is one of my favourite blogging ladies, Steph. If you’re looking for a blog with beautiful photography then look no further than Stephanie Dreams. Fashion and beauty with some lifestyle thrown into the mix, I love the whimsical posts and the beautiful imagery and I’ve especially loved following the decorating process as Stephanie moved into a new place with her boyfriend recently. You can check out her blog here and tweet her here.

Next is Dana Fox who writes the amazing blog The Wonder Forest. As well as her blog Dana also designs blog layouts (Zoella & Sprinkle of Glitter are two examples) and she has written an e-book on blogging – Blog Wonderful. It’s full of tips on everything from layouts, gaining followers and monetising your blog to branding yourself and staying true to your readers. It’s available as an e-book and now paperback too by clicking here.

Finally it’s the drop dead gorgeous Katie Evans who writes talkffashion. Katie is a fashion graduate working in the industry and posts personal style and outfit finds. She’s recently made the final of the Company/River Island styling competition and is most definitely one to watch! Check out her blog here and tweet her here.

Would you like to see your website, shop or blog in the spotlight in my next Discovery post? You can advertise on Gemsmaquillage from as little as £15 a month by clicking here. My spouse and i got absolutely joyous Edward could round up his investigations through the entire precious recommendations he received in your web site. It’s not at all simplistic to just continually be releasing strategies that the others might have been selling. And we all keep in mind we have the blog owner to be grateful to for this. The illustrations you made, the easy web site menu, the relationships you help to engender – it’s got everything powerful, and it is facilitating our son in addition to us believe that the theme is excellent, and that is particularly serious. Thank you for all the pieces!
