After yesterday when I felt peckish all day, today was actually the opposite!
Breakfast was 2 slices of toasted wholewheat rye bread with scrambled egg white and spinach (and hot sauce, of course).
Meal 2 was this “recipe” I blogged about earlier. So tasty! Plus some grapes.
Meal 3 was grabbed quickly as I was tied to my desk today! I had two veggie burgers with spinach and baby leaf, pine nuts and of course hot sauce. I also had some strawberries.
I’m sorry this ends rather abruptly, I wrote these entries earlier and unfortunately we haven’t eaten yet. We have unfortunately had a family member take ill and are packing to drive up north and be there for our family, I was about to make dinner so I will probably throw some quinoa and veggies into something to fill us up for the drive. Sorry this is incomplete but I wanted to tag this message on to my pre-written post from earlier. I am sure you understand.
