Apivita is a brand that has been on my radar for a while now. I first laid eyes on their products in the revamped M&S Beauty Hall, got a sachet of their face mask in a Glossybox a long while ago and then Estée pulled out a tinted lip balm at lunch – I made a mental note to give them a whirl. I’ve been trying a few things from the range but the two hero products for me are these two beauties – the Natural Serum for Hydration and the Aqua Vita 24h Moisturising Cream. My skin has the tendency to be dehydrated but not dry, so lots of the heavy creams on the market just make my makeup slip around and do nothing for the fine lines that come from being a little dehydrated (and over 25). Whilst I don’t mind oils and more slippy serums for night, in the daytime I love to have something I can apply under my SPF to quench my skin without making it feel greasy.
This serum does the trick perfectly, and it’s packed with hylauronic acid and aloe. It sinks into your skin instantly giving it a boost but once it’s sunk into the skin it’s practically invisible so I can use it morning and night. The moisturiser is perfect for night time for my skin, and would work well on dry skin in the daytime if used sparingly. I’d recommend these to anyone with lacklustre skin who wants to plump up the appearance of the skin without overloading it. The entire range is free of parabens, mineral oil and silicones too, which is a huge plus to many people who need to keep an eye on ingredients.
Have you tried Apivita? Let me know your recommendations, I’d love to try more!
