When Autumn rolls around, I am always pulled towards berry shades and rosy cheeks, but today I wanted to pay my respects to the unsung hero of Fall makeup – the coral blusher. Although it’s usually a colour reserved for high summer, you can get a different effect in Autumn that perfectly compliments golden eyeshadow shades.
To make this work in Autumn the key is subtlety, applying a small amount with your fingers and working it gently outwards in circular motions. If it all starts looking more beachy than autumnal sheer it out by blending the brush you used for your foundation over the area or a little bit of bronzer. Et voilà! Warm autumnal cheeks.
